My experience with this location has been awesome for the most part. The two store leaders TORI AND BECCA both know their stuff and are very accommodating to my purchasing POWER NEEDS!! My complaint comes from the Customer Service side of this operation and the Delivery side both are big fat utter disasters!!! Every purchase I have made and this woman has spent a considerable amount with FP since discovering them back in May of 2020. Every purchase has been delivered so late and every express delivery has never been delivered express - except the lasts purchase. The customer service side is never helpful and seem clueless on how to resolve a customers issue or complaint. Love this store and I am a big fan of their merchandise, but the issues surrounding incompetent CSA and COURIERS needs to be corrected immediately. I have spent way too much money for these problems to continue and with RETAILERS filing CHAPER TEN PROTECTIONS everywhere due to the Pandemic. I can only hope that stores (FP) like this and customers like myself with complaints such as these get fixed before it is too late!! Absolutely love the expansion of this upscale and boho hippie designer women's clothing store. I've been a regular customer for many many years coming to this location for unique winter thigh high stockings, gorgeous vegan moto jackets and glittery sexy dresses for many years. Danielle always took such good care of me here but she recently moved to the Wicker Park location and now there is a brand new group of friendly, young women here who are super excited to help out customers. My last visit here Chloe helped me try on certain beautiful new glittery dresses that just recently came in and I bought a couple. Make sure you watch out for the sake items because I've had really good luck finding beautiful pieces that are greatly reduced in the special sale section. If you can't find a size you need these women will happily assist you making purchases online with free shipping. I recently visited the Free People store, and overall, it was just okay😊 The clothes are great—stylish and high-quality, exactly what I was looking for. However, the store itself was just average, earning a solid 4 out of 5 stars from me🫠
