OMG!! I just loved this place and visited the store for the first time today 8/14/21. The store is the go to for all those that have visited the website. There is so much more of a variety in the store, Jewelry is presented and posted throughout the store. Also, if what is on display isn’t enough, you can look through a many dresser drawers set up around the store to find more great pieces. I enjoyed my visit today and I ended buying six bracelets - CASH. The sales associates in the store were really nice and very helpful as well. They even gave me a ten percent discount on my first purchase in the store. I loved this little jewelry shop. It was a fun and charming place to stop while shopping in Chicago. My friend and I enjoyed picking out unique pieces of jewelry. The man working at the register didn't welcome us in or address us at all. This is why I gave four stars instead of five. I have a rule that if there is no hi I do not buy. So unfortunately even though we loved a lot of pieces not jewelry I did not buy anything due to the lack of any customer service. When I first walked in, I was greeted by a woman proclaiming, "Welcome to heaven!" And she was right...heaven for any woman/person who LOVES jewelry. All the jewelry, the sales lady explained to me, were designed by Nakamol herself and made abroad. Once you step back and take a look around, it becomes obvious, the designer is not only talented but prolific!
