As a woman who attempted to purchase a gun via their website to be delivered to my local store for purchase, and being asked multiple times if my order placed under my name matching the ID I presented was for me when such treatment is not extended to their male customers, my recommendation to other women would be to shop at Vance or Rural King for their firearms.

I attempted to show them the order, the email telling me to pick up in two days, and when they seemed confused about what gun they were looking for in the back I attempted to show them the model number as written in the email, and both denied my purchase as they continued to glare down at my Disney wallet.

Mistakenly calling a store rather than the corporate office, I was told by the store manager of the other store that it is absolutely not their protocol to demand that one identify the weapon ordered, only a name needed to...

I bought a pair of Brooks running shoes for my friend. They were a size too small so I took them back. I paid over $84 for them initially. They told me if the price for the same shoes was more then I’d have to pay the current price which may be higher. I went and got the right size and they said I only paid $60 dollars for them which wasn’t correct. It even had the original price as $84+ today and on sale for $74 today. They didn’t give me the sale price today! Then I gave them my address and they said I had too many returns in the past and they couldn’t exchange them. I explain to them that I had just moved however I have never exchanged anything there. They would not exchange the shoes so I currently have shoes that I can’t return that are a size too small for my friend ! I won’t go back there again!...

Literally just walked out. Came in to buy a heavy bag. There were only two display models left. While I stood and waited, the sales person helped to other people by one of the bags and all the needed equipment that will go along with it. Not one time acknowledging that I'm standing there in his department. No offer to help or call someone to help. I stood by and listened to the employee crack jokes and have a full conversation with these other guys. Even politely asked me to move at one point so he could get something off the shelf for them. As I walked out of the store the only person to talk to me as a customer was at the counter and asked me if I was finding everything OK. The only thing I was finding at that point...
