Neff's Hallmark Shop — Local services in Chillicothe

I feel in love with something I found on Amazon and had hoped to use it for my upcoming wedding; but they only had 3 of the 4 pieces I needed. Unable to find them anywhere else online, I reached out to the maker asking if they could ship them to me; but they only sold wholesale. They were helpful, though, and gave me numbers of customers of theirs they had just shipped thirds items to - one of them being Neff's. Whomever I spoke with was super helpful and found all 4 items in the store for me and is willing to ship them to me, 7.5 hours away in Pennsylvania. I am so incredibly thankful for her, for going out of her way to help me. And on top of it, their price for the items and the shipping I have to pay is half of the price that I would have paid through Amazon, even with them being...

This place was a joke. Like, actually a joke. You literally walk in and are shoulder to shoulder with a sea of Karen’s, nobody knows which way to go because the rows are all extremely small and there’s nowhere to fkn walk. I might have found some nice things here but I didn’t even get the chance to look, I was too busy trying to make my way to the door to get out. It took probably 5 minutes just to do that. Get a bigger retail space if you’re going to pack this much into one store, nobody enjoys shopping up another...
