Chocolate Euphoria Crepe Cafe — Restaurant in Cincinnati

Terrible experience. My girlfriend ordered crêpes for us, and when I went to pick them up, the guy at the counter gave my food to the people in front of me by mistake. They literally carried it out to their car, and when the staff realized, they tried to hand me that same food back like nothing happened. Who in their right mind wants food that’s already been in someone else’s car?

I told them over and over that I wanted my order remade, but the staff gave me attitude and kept trying to push the same food on me. They were not accommodating at all, even after their mistake. It took the OWNER showing up for them to finally admit I was right. He told them to remake it, but as soon as he left, nothing changed — my food never got remade.

After almost an hour of waiting, one of the workers told me they couldn’t get to my food because they had to handle DoorDash orders first. So not only did they make the mistake with my order, they also pushed me aside to prioritize delivery apps over a customer who had already paid and had been waiting far longer.

Craved something sweet chose chocolate euphoria through Uber eats. When through the menu I was excited they had the Dubai chocolate so I ordered the Dubai chocolate strawberries. Fruit and ice-cream. Tell me why the actual dessert didn't look like how it was advertised? Pictures below will show between what the restaurant item looks like and what I received. Theres barely any pistachio in it. You eat all the strawberries before even enjoying them together $12.99 mind you. I'm aliitle upset and prolly won't be ordering from here per future. Also very poorly packaged everything in clear cups but no support in the plastic bag. Also would suggest into finding something other than a skewer to put for the chocolate strawberries. I had got the Dubai strawberries and omg the first bite I bit into something very hard like a rock I thought I had chipped my tooth & so did my daughter she started crying I had her spit it out (she’s only 3) and found a hard dark piece of something I don’t know exactly what it was but it was very hard and gritty. Luckily she didn’t cut her mouth ! I am very unhappy I had to throw my $18.00 worth of strawberry’s away so not a happy camper considering I was craving those on top of hurting my toddlers mouth made me feel even worse.
