I have been going to this store for years. I am in there at least once or twice a month. They have ALWAYS been very friendly and helpful. Make a fuss over my dog and give her treats which is really very sweet, she LOVES to go to the puppy store! This last time I went, and also one time before. Two new people. I hate describing people this way, (but no name tag) She had Rainbow colored hair obviously the one in charge because the other girl kept having to go to her with my questions. She couldnāt have been more unpleasant. Sitting on a stool looking down texting on her phone, the entire time I was there, and I was the only person in the store. No eye contact, just completely ignores you. Neither one looked very happy to be there. Completely different atmosphere. However I felt bad for the other girl. So I brought in my bag like I usually try to remember to do, Itās one the store gave me to use. I put it on the counter with my purchase. She hands me my card back, I put it away,and bent down to pick up my dog and she just walks away from the register! The other woman, still on the stool texting on her phone. My purchases left on the counter with the bag beside them. O my gosh! How totally rude! Not a word said! But I got the message! Still no one else in the store just me and my pup. Oh and of course, no treat for her that she was happily waiting for. In all the years, I have been going there that has never happened. They happily put the food in the bag and thank me for bringing it. AND even offer to carry it out!! Which I took them up on one time. I had a heavy purchase (frozen) and carrying my dog too. Itās close to home and I loved going there and taking my dog because it was a special treat for her and me too! Everyone was always so very nice and āhappyā to help everyone. Note to self: Not everybody that ācanā do. Customer service āshouldā do Customer Service.. I recently went to the Roseville store. It is way out of my way, but I didnāt want the same experience for a third time. They were like this store āuseā to be. Iāll go where they appreciate...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreCame to use the self dog wash. Was told they charge a dollar a minute so only 15 min for $15 dollars. I have a husky. I canāt wash and dry her in 15 min! Iāve been going to self dog washes for years and never have been timed. We just moved up here so we thought weād try this place. Never again. The hose is supposed to spray soap and conditioner, thereās different settings, they were broken. They had a small thing of shampoo to use but no conditioner. I couldnāt even dry her cause our time ended so fast. The room was not clean and felt cramped. Front help really couldnāt care less and I mean they get paid hourly. The owners are the ones we should annoyed with.
Wow the owners responses to customers are inappropriate. Maybe you should check out some other self wash stations. Pet food express has an awesome wash station and they provide towels. Itās kind of insane youāre on here defending yourselves when youāre still charging people to use broken machinery. Itās also not up to you to say how long it takes someone to wash their dog. Always had dogs so it was a new adventure. NO ONE of the 3 people behind the counter said anything other then hi. When a picked a small bag of kibble and a couple different wet food cans, and said to the cashier kitten was brand new and trying different foods, nothing, just offered some kind of phone number membership. Stopped in for dog treats once and a girl was sweeping. Asked her for help locating a specific brand. She acted like i was interrupting her and didn't know what I was talking about even though I finally found it displayed in the window. I drive 30 minutes out of my way to get dog and cat food and supplies (raw, freeze dried, treats, etc) to get better customer service.
