United Office Building — Local services in City of Niagara Falls

We were there for 3 nights and 4 days. The staff were absolutely incredible. Doug and Laurene (hope that’s right) we’re always there to answer questions and help in anyway. They would come around at 845 pm to offer milk and warm cookies and the breakfast was delivered to the rooms at no charge. The rooms are beautiful but need upgrades. Our only complaint was housekeeping needs to dust and vacuum a bit better. The air conditioner looked as thought it hadn’t been dusted in years. But all in all we loved our stay there. Definitely...

The Giacomo was the worst hotel I've ever been to. Yes, the hotel is very nice and modern and the decorations are nicely done as a boutique. HOWEVER, the front staff who wouldn't even give me the time of day on check-in... Gave our guests my room BEFORE I had even checked out. Strangers came into my room in the morning while I had been changing, this could have taken a turn for the worse and I might not even be here to leave a review... This hotel is completely unsafe and I do not recommend...

We went to the tiny unpleasant bar for their advertised half.bottle of wines that are on "special"...no bartender on duty, front reception desk girl comes out to take our order and informs us no specials but we can have a glass of muscato for 5 bucks. Also the bar area is cordoned off with covid barriers. Whole experience was terrible, dont waste your time going...
