Legends Bar — Restaurant in City of Niagara Falls

The worse experience I have had in a long time at a restaurant. We were sat down with a family of 8 and we ordered our drinks. The root beer sodas (bottled) were hot and the waiter brought an empty cup with them. The food took forever (expected a long wait but by the time we got our food everyone else had already left) and when it did come half of the food came out and the food that did come out all of the condiments were missing. Such as marinara for the mozerella sticks, sour cream for the quesadilla and salsa. We had to ask two separate waiters for the missing ingredients as well as silverware and napkins. All of the food was overdone and the philly steak came out wrapped in suran wrap and was dry. After we managed to eat what we could because we were starving we asked for the check and without asking about splitting it we were handed one full check and that was it. No direction on going to the register or if someone would be back for it. Upon leaving my aunt paid for the entire bill and spoke with a manager and while she was there she saw another table looking for their waiter and people at the bar waiting for drinks. I would never recommend this place for food or service....

My family & I went to see the Falls a few days ago and decided to have a late lunch here. Our waitress was a total snob. And it seemed like she was the only waiter because we had to wait over an hour for our food! My father actually had to get up and talk to this lady & ask him where the heck our food was -she had no clue what he was talking about and was useless--my father was so close from going into the kitchen (where our waitress was now) Then she came out and was giving my father a hard time. We decided to go, even though our food was right there on the platter in her hands. It wasn't worth it. The service was horrible, the waitress had horrible manners & it was just a horrible experience. After we walked out, a couple other tables had done the same & our snobby waitress screamed at them, "FINE JUST GET OUT!!!" would not recommend this...

I was staying at the hotel and called down to order a pizza. The person who answered the phone answered by saying "hello? - Oh! Legends" I asked to order a small pizza and she had to ask someone else if they could do that. Then she said it would be ready in 20 minutes. I went down to get it 25 minutes later. The two waitresses working were both confused and one went to the kitchen "to find out". An older guy came out and asked if I ordered a small pizza and came back with two large pizzas. There wasn't anyone else there, and they sat on the counter. He went back to the kitchen. I ended up standing there about 20 minutes. None of the people I dealt with gave the impression that they had ever filled an order before. In fact, each one looked like they were on their first day of ever working in a restaurant. The pizza...
