BE ALRET OF THIS BUSINESS, it has no credibility and never trust its salesperson. Once you give away your credit card information, you will be at its mercy. On December 28th, I first called Cruisin’ Tikis for the availability of boat tours. The lady that was in charge of booking told me that there was room for my party of 3. I paid for our reservation over the phone by verbally telling my credit card information to her. However, she had given us no details about their refund policy. Unfortunately, later in the day, I had to call her again because my party and I could not make it to the reservation that was booked for us at 3 PM. The lady told us that we can reschedule our reservation to the next time slot at 4:45 PM. I was told that to reschedule my party’s reservation, a $20 fee was to be added per individual. My party agreed to pay the total fee of $60 to reschedule. When we arrived at the destination for our reservation, we waited and called the lady back for confirmation of our 4:45 reservation and were later told that there was no availability for the 4:45 PM reservation. We were told that because we didn’t pay the rescheduling fee, our long-anticipated tour was given to other customers without our knowledge, and no form of communication was made to me and my party regarding that. When we called back to ask for a refund, the lady told us that our reservation was nonrefundable. My party and I lost our money and waited for so long just for us to find out that our reservation was stripped and given away without our knowledge. Read moreWe booked a tour for 5. Guy at the boat Capt Dillon booked it for us in person. We never recieved confirmation email. When we showed to see what exactly we needed to bring aka cups napkins whatever they dont cover which is just ice fyi. We found out he had us booked as 4. We said ok we will still pay for the 5th. New guy this day he couldn't work anything on his phone. He couldn't get ahold of anyone. So about an 1/2 hour goes by no progress. Said he will have someone call us go grab what we need. Now 45 minutes later they called us and said the card we had on file rejected the 5th ticket. Well we said ok we will pay at dock when we load in the next 1/2 hour. Note sat there for almost hour trying to clear up before we went to grab food at the cantina right across from them. Like at their door upstairs so Story short we show up they gave our seats to someone else and told us deal with it wasn't going to refund us and almost didn't reschedule for the folks we gave the ticket to. We were leaving next morning so can't use them. I think if it wasn't for the crowd there watching the whole deal they wouldn't even done that. Now FYI I did get a confirmation for the change only because I sat right there and made Capt Dillon email me and I didn't leave till I got it. We get it, it's a money game there. However, we paid good money waited in sun for them to correct it but didn't and when we checked with our card it was tagged for fraud because multiple times trying to run my card over new guy not knowing what to do in their system. Read moreI wish I could give 5 stars because it’s an amazing activity and a lot of fun for a group. I would first like to make it clear I had no issues on the day of our ride or with the captain, all of that was great! My issue was in booking. I booked about a month ahead of time where there was pretty open availability. I wanted something later in the day so I booked 3pm. Having lived in Florida my whole like I know the drive up can be rough and take a lot longer than you normally expect so I booked the later time to give myself that time. About a week before my booking I receive an email that we had been rebooked for a 1pm. I immediately emailed to see what was going on. I was called back and told that there was some sort of system error and that’s why I was moved. I’m upset they didn’t even call me to ask if 1pm would work they just moved it. In speaking to them they made me feel like they’d rather give me a refund than give me the time I booked. I tried my best to make it on time but running into multiple accidents and hazards on the road we parked a little after 1. I would like to thank the captain for waiting for us. Thankfully we were still able to take the tiki cruise, but it’s embarrassing and awkward to have people waiting on you. I had the feeling that we were bumped for a bigger group.
