Tropix Beach Bar — Restaurant in Clearwater

This is the worst place I have ever been to. We ordered drinks, they were watered down. The only thing they had for kids was oh. We ordered food anyway,, should have already been warned,, we waited for and hour,was told 5-10 more min. Nope still nothing ! Went up to the bar because we couldn't find our waiter, we called to a waiter and I guess she was a bartender, not sure they were worried about counting their tips, we then went to them and were told they knew nothing about us so just calm down. They looked on the computer to find our order, NO ORDER ! SURPRISE THERE ! We left , no order, no paying for the lousy...

Yesterday my best friend and I came to eat at Tropix. We ordered some wings. These wings were not cooked so we made a complaint. The manager comes over to us very unprofessional no name tag no uniform, just so unprofessional .. I found out his name was Luis by the way. But he tells me that their wings are %100 pre cooker before they cooked them. So he’s basically saying they cook their wings and put them back in the freezer then cooked them again when someone orders wings. He wouldn’t give me more cooked wings or at least take my wings back and cook them longer. He said he would not serve us...

I’d highly recommend coming here. The drinks, food, and beach are great. I had one issue and Carly the manager kindly contacted me and genuinely cared about resolving it. That means a lot to me as a customer! The staff there are very friendly and keep the beach looking beautiful. You can rent two chairs and table with an umbrella which I’d highly recommend! The sunset is 5 star worthy alone. We always come here whenever we are in Clearwater and will continue...
