I’ve been here many times, I’ve had good service and not so great service, good drinks and not so great drinks. Yet thru it all, I’ll always recommend it. Because it has some good things going for it. Today, when I had my sister order a triple shot mocha, two shots decaf and one shot regular. Ok, slightly complicated but not that hard. The gal literally missed all the coffee and made me a hot chocolate, or, a mocha without the mocha! At least I took it funny 😂. Guys, we need consistency! I’m sure if I was there she would have made it right, but I just want to point it it out as some constructive criticism. Just remember good friendly customer service is what makes a good small business, and the more consistent you get at it the more profit you’ll have. Rawhide, please, I really want you to improve in this area. Every time I go I want to leave feeling like a million bucks. Read more8/22/2022 We saw the reviews and wanted to live it. Walked in at 10am on a Monday and stood in line as we waited to order from the front counter. We saw a sign that indicated that “…prices will increase starting June 2022 but are not yet reflected in our menu board…” So it was our turn to order, after waiting in line, and I asked if the prices on the menu board were updated yet. She said, “No, they’re not, sorry.” Ok, well, I said, “Ok, can you tell me the prices for your two breakfast items you have [cowboy casserole or breakfast burrito]?” She replied, “Oh, sorry, we don’t have any breakfast items left.”

The vanilla was over powering and made it taste awful. When I asked the barista to add milk to it she said that I asked for an extra scoop and I let her know that yes I did but I did not know it was vanilla.
