Harbor Freight — Local services in Colonial Heights

Great man store, might be a great woman's store too but i don't know I'm a dude. Super friendly cashiers always pleasant and helpful, other staff is very helpful in guiding you to where product is, everyone that I've ever had to deal with has been awesome, HOWEVER and I'm just giving a honest review of the place and be as straight forward as i can possibly be, You guys make me feel like Im a convict everytime i come in the store and i mean everytime to the point where i would really like to spend more money with you guys but the following me around looking like your doing something on every isle i seem to be on or walk down just kinda makes one feel very uncomfortable which is my reason for the number of stars i left no one likes to feel like a suspect when they walk in a store to actually purchase something from not steal it. You guys might have your reasons I'm sure you do but can you be a little more discrete ya think, I'm sure im not the only person that feels this way . Ty, UPDATE...OCT 09/23.. Brought a light that my parents bought back bc it was the wrong size. I attempted to swap it out with the correct one (as I’ve done before in the past many times). I didn’t have the receipt, but the original item was purchased on my store card. The lady who was working the cash register advised she couldn’t swap them out without the receipt even though I had shown her proof of purchase. I even explained that the other cashiers in the past had no issue doing this. She said she wasn’t authorized to do so, which I understand and respect. I have zero complaints about Harbor Freight. They have competitive pricing on many quality tools, comparable to "big" brand names. I have countless items in my arsenal that I am pleased with purchasing, and should the time come, I'll duplicate that purchase. It's not for everything, but it does have something you need and something you will be glad you purchased after you've used it with money left in your pocket. My only complaint is every time I go to get something , I spend way more than I intended to because I can't stop piling things in my cart. Definitely hard to not buy things you didn't show up to get.
