I had a very disappointing experience with the staff at this store. From the moment I walked in, they were unfriendly and lacked basic customer service skills—no greeting, no smiles, just blank stares. I explained that my ring, a special 60th birthday gift, had a defect because it cracked when it got caught on hangers while shopping. Instead of showing concern, they brushed it off, saying they’d “send it back” for evaluation.

I felt the situation warranted a simple replacement, but they showed no willingness to make it right. When I said I wouldn’t pay over $200 for repairs, the staff member threw the ring back into my bag without care.
