I purchased two pairs of yoga pants from this location last month; I have 12 other pairs of the same pants with no issues, but these two pairs started falling apart at the seams just a few weeks after my purchase...
This is a quality issue that has turned into a customer service nightmare; I was instructed to bring the pants in to be mended and upon doing so, i learned that they no longer offer mending, and that the only option was to echange them.... i agreed to the echange and the cashier acted as if I was somehow abusing the return policy by excercising my right to exchange the defective pairs for brand new pairs...
Trying to detour me from making the echange; the cashier said, âI donât think these are a good fit for you, so i just want to come up with the best option for you, I think you should just start buying a different pair that fits your lifestyleâ đŽ mic drop..... the best and only option was for her to make a quick and simple exchangeâ and provide me with a good experience in her work place. Instead she did the opposite, she and as confrontational and rude, and it was the most awkward shopping experience Iâve ever had in my life.

She was really sweet and reassured us even after we apologized multiple times for how long we were taking. However, multiple employees were STARING at us and giving us the stankiest eyes. Then as we went to check out, the employee was unbelievably rude. She was tall, blonde, and had glasses. She was snappy, visibly irritated, and let the door hit us on her way to the second doors when she was letting us out⌠she couldnât wait to get us out of the store with no concern to how she was treating us.
