If it were possible I would give this store a negative rating, it doesn't warrant one star. Actually, I may never purchase an LV product again. My daughter and I were at the Easton Mall location in Ohio and dealt with Millie(salesperson). Everything was great until we returned home. Millie had packaged up the wrong bag for my daughter. After calling Millie, my daughter was told not to worry, she would contact a store closer to Cleveland and take care of the exchange. My daughter drove an hour, with her four young children to the designated LV store. The store Millie had directed her to, stating they would have her exact bag and they knew she was coming. The manager nor the employees in Beechwood had been contacted by Millie, nor did they have a replacement bag available. My daughter had to leave her bag with the store manager and the correct bag was shipped later in the week. I am very unhappy with the poor service and follow up by LV Easton. Mistakes happen, the problem lies in the lack of concern and disregard for the customer. Don't send your customer on a wild goose chase. I called every available phone number for LV customer service. I left a message with Neil at the call center for Michelle, Easton store manager, to please return my call. Days have passed and no call from anyone. I emailed LV customer service center, again days have passed, no response. I (happily) spent six thousand dollars on two purses we were enjoying our day. The poor service has turned a beautiful day with my daughter in to an ugly experience. I will tell you, they were great while we were spending :( Conveniently, no one in the organization is available for customer concerns. You are routed to a call center where no one cares and no one returns your call or email. Such a shame that this is how people are treated anymore, no personal touch! Read moreFor awhile now I have been saving for my first Louis Vuitton bag, Ive wanted one for many many years. The bag I feel for was the Neverful Empriente Leather bag. This bag has been going in and out of stock on the website for a few months. I finally had the chance to grab it but I didnt want to miss out on the store experience of going to the LV store to get my bag. I figured the best compromise was to order for store pick up since prior to ordering online I was unsuccessful in reaching the Columbus store directly and forging a bond with an SA who would keep an eye out on the bag for me. I was overly excited this past weekend to make the 2.5hr trip to Columbus as part of my Birthday celebration to go get my bag. When I arrived there was no line outside but they did have the sidewalk roped off so they are still functioning at a reduced capacity. I was quickly greeted at the door and assigned a sales associate. The sales associate quickly grabbed my order from the back and I let him know I wanted to look at additional bags (as this isnt going to be my first or last LV) He showed me one additional bag the store had maybe 20 yes TWENTY bags total (if you are someone wanting to impulse buy be aware the selection is SUPER LIMITED) He verified my CC and ID so I could sign off on my order and it was like he had no interest in showing me anything additional. Read moreI stopped coming here several years ago because I didn’t like how I was being treated. I found a sales associate in another state to work with at LV to avoid coming to this location. Fast forward to now… I decided to give this store another chance after being told to come in for an exchange. I was mailed items with scratches on hardware (obviously a display item) so I came in to exchange for the same item without the hardware wear. I spent maybe 15k+ on LV in the past few months and this experience is making me consider never buying within the brand again. Steve the manager (whose been here shockingly since my last bad experience) refused to help me. He didn’t want to assist with helping me exchange my bag. Pretty much told me to work it out with the sa who mailed me the bag. Also told me if he ordered me another bag it too would have scratches on it. He found every excuse possible to prevent from assisting me. LV policy states you can return or exchange within 30 days yet he was refusing to let me exchange my unused item. Never experienced such horrible customer service. Felt like I was being interrogated the entire time. The entire situation was awkward and uncomfortable. If you can avoid this store please do. Call client services if you need to purchase anything..they will take care of you. Any questions, returns or exchanges you have will also be taken care of. I’ve never been refused to be helped ever at LV until now. This will definitely be an experience I’ll never forget.
