What happened to the friendly employees that they used to have? Two weeks ago, I had a bad experience here with the manager, Evelyn. I wanted to see if I could exchange or get store credit for a dress my husband bought for me for mothers day which did fit me and unfortunately had misplaced the receipt. But the manager did even let me explain, she cut me off with a very dry attitude, saying we don't do that. My review its not based on the fact that I got a no for an answer but the way the manager approached me. ...plus I shop at this store...

Cool deals on Your favorite Lucky brand clothes and accessories. But it's kind of hit-or-miss... I've been there on certain days where the sale prices are awesome, and then other times where it's not really a discount besides on certain items. cool thing is they occasionally will have something that hasn't been released to the other Lucky stores yet. I love the new lucky watches that match...
