I was really disappointed with my recent experience at the store. It was my first time visiting, and I bought a t-shirt without trying it on because I was in a rush. When I got home, I realized I didn’t like how it fit. I went back the next day to return it, only to find out that they only offer store credit — something I wasn’t made aware of at the time of purchase. Had I known, I either wouldn’t have bought the shirt or would’ve taken the time to try it on in-store.

To make things more frustrating, the employee couldn’t find a gift card to issue my credit, so she just wrote the amount I’m owed on a piece of paper. It didn’t feel very professional and left me unsure about whether my credit will be honored properly.

I’ll be reaching out to the manager to see if a refund is possible. Hopefully, they can make it right. Just a heads-up if you're planning to shop there — the return policy isn’t clearly communicated, and the process doesn’t feel fully...
