I went to this store around 5pm on 11/29. I have previously shopped here, and I really liked what I purchased, so I wanted to go back and get some more items as gifts. My experience upon entering the store was very unpleasant. The older woman behind the counter was resting her elbows on the counter facing the entrance. When she saw me enter, she immediately looked like she was on alert and looked me up and down, and looked at the bag I was holding in my hands. There were only 3 other people in the store whom she wasn't paying any attention to. As I begin to walk around the store, she begins to follow me around under the guise of straightening clothing. I then go to the other side of the store, and there she is, peeping her head around to see what I'm doing. Maybe if I had a different skin tone, I wouldn't have been treated this way. The other people I saw in the store were able to browse in peace because this woman was too busy following me around. I left without even wanting to purchase anything. This store has really cute items, but unfortunately, I will not be back. This experience left a very bad taste in my mouth, especially with the year...

Store is beautiful, with a variety of products at reasonable prices. My main disappointment was with the level of service provided.

I waited while the employee behind the register wrapped multiple items for a customer. I was not acknowledged, nor was I directed to another employee for assistance. I didn’t know who else worked there, since the employees didn’t wear uniforms or name tags.

Turns out there were two employees further back in the store. When I reached the register to order the truffles we wanted, I was handed off to a seemingly new employee who was very friendly and helpful, ensuring we got exactly what we needed. Her service was the only positive aspect of my entire experience. When I came back to the register to pay for my selections, I had to wait yet again while the customer who was waiting behind was served.

We were underwhelmed by the truffles; they were alright but in my opinion not worth $4 each. Definitely not worth the wait. A transaction that should have taken 3 or 4 minutes MAX, ended up taking more than twice that. Very disappointing considering I had high hopes based on the appearance and atmosphere...

I nor my siblings will ever be returning. The blonde women behind the register was nice to talk but the other short haired employee was ridiculous. If you want to be awkwardly watched and stared down from a few feet away, this is the store for you. I have never in my life been watched so hard in a store before. I understand that a employee's presence discourages shoplifting, but the whole 30 minutes in the store, she was never more than 5-6 feet away from me and staring down my sister, my daughter and I. Then for her to have the nerve to make comments about my tired 2 year old as we exited was the last straw. It was a cute store and I was excited to go in for the first time, but...
