Paula and Eric were WONDERFUL with mine and my fiancés engagement rings. We came to them after working through visiting dozens of jewelers because they had been friendly and helpful and had beautiful "green gold" my fiancé loved and hadn't seen anywhere else. Paula designed a unique and beautiful ring we never would have thought of on our own. She was never pushy and was so genuinely excited to see us every time we came in to look at the stones, drawings, or wax cast. They always took the time to explain durability of various stones, metals, and styles to ensure long lasting jewelry. I had picked out a ring in another store and Paula even praised the ring, and agreed to measure my finger to send to the other jeweler. However, after seeing how my fiancés ring came out and how kind and easy they were to work with, we decided to get mine custom from them as well. I gave Paula several references including the original ring I had picked out and all the pieces I did and didn't like of each one. She came up with several designs all beautiful and similar to the references I gave her, as well as a few she said her inspiration had taken her to based on getting to know me through the process of my fiancés ring. Again, one of her "tangents" was exactly what I didn't know I wanted. She found two beautiful Montana Sapphires for both of us, my fiancé on the first try, and insisted to do another order when she could tell I didn't absolutely fall in love with any of the first ones that came in for me. She guessed which from the second round I would pick and was exactly right. You could tell Eric took so much pride in the final products he crafted, and again took the time at every step to ensure we were getting 110% what we wanted. They are both so dedicated, kind, and talented, and Paula's dachshund "The Dude" was just icing on the cake with every visit! I plan to come back regularly for the free cleanings they offer as well as to restring my grandmother's pearls closer to the wedding. In addition to their amazing custom services, they carry such a beautiful collection and variety in their store.
