After scoring a Google Pixel 8Pro at a great price -- free -- I needed a phone case. Guess it pays to switch carriers now and then. Thanks TMobile! After doing some research online, I chose one from Bellroy. It arrived, very handsome. I was pleased. Until a five months later, the case began to show signs of wear & tear that did not align with how I take of my phone. I'm one of those guys who always knows where his phone is. I had not dropped the phone at any time I could recall nor could I remember any occasion when the wear and tear I was seeing might have occurred. So I wrote to the compan and, at their request, provided photographic evidence. Their response is below. Apparently, the wear and tear is due to 'accidental' events. I assure you, no one who knows me would ever call my clumsy. Wow! And they continue to bombard me with marketing messages, offering me a10% discount on my next purchase. Hey, Bellroy, there will be no next purchases. And, btw, 'phone cases' should not be upper case.

I recently went to San Diego for business and ended up spending a day on Coronado Island, exploring the Hotel Del. While I was there, my phone ran out of battery. Since I needed to call an Uber back to the hotel I was staying at in the city, I went on a search for chargers. A hotel staff member pointed me towards the leather and luggage store (out of all places!). To my surprise they actually had a great selection of different chargers, and even precharged power banks. Excellent selection. Incredible service. Jackie provided all the details and benefits of a Briggs and Riley travel spinner. Wanted to come back and purchase from her but we missed her after we thought about our selection and choice.

Returned the next day before checking out of the Hotel Del and Sue was so kind and sweet to assist with the purchase.

Cannot recommend a Briggs and Riley enough. On the pricier side but if you know you know. Hands down best quality. We’ve had one for 25 years and lasted test of time for frequent business travel.
