Dr. Jenny Wong is a blessing to her patients . I saw her for follow up of my shortness of breath after ER visit . She made sure I have all the needed procedures for my shortness of breath. She made me feel safe and secure when she gave massive orders for my situation like Cardiology consult, Nuclear stress test/ echocardiogram. She added Pulmonary Function test and when everything turned out ok, she proceeded for GI consult and possible Endoscopy. She is very thorough in examining her patients , not in a hurry even though it's lunch time. Another previous incident before , she talks to my OB Gyne about the plan of care for my situation then she personally called me explaining the procedures that needs to be done. I recommended Dr. Wong to my fellow nurses and after listening to my experience, they transferred to her. The receptionist in her office are very accommodating , polite and respectful. Dr. Wong is the best. She is my doctor and my kids’ (7 & 16) doctor. You can tell she really cares about her patients. She moves up appointments for urgent matters and even video conferences at home. She doesn’t judge and listens to all your concerns. She is always well prepared for appointments and is very focused and helpful. I never get the feeling that she is trying to rush me out the door. When one person in the family is sick, she always checks in on all the other people and will do multiple people in one appointment, which is super nice not to have to make 2 or three individual appointments and visits. Dr. Jenny Wong joined Dr. Kenneth Warm’s office at the Sharp Coronado office building more than a decade ago. She went to Long Beach for her residency and was working in the county for another practice before coming here. She is an excellent physician and has taken care of me through the years. Her referrals to specialists in the area for my health have turned out well and I am completely satisfied with her care. She is intelligent, compassionate, and communicates well.
