Best view of the San Diego skyline! We took the ferry across the way and as soon as you get off you're pretty much right in Centennial Park. The views are amazing, the food choices amazing, the atmosphere absolutely incredible. It's calm and peaceful and at the same time there's lots of energy. It was rather busy when we went and yet since there were plenty of restaurants the wait times were very low. The gift shop right here was really clean and the service really kind. The only thing that struck me odd was that a few of the places to eat around here don't have bathrooms, they share a public bathroom. So you'd thing that the bathroom would be pretty big, it wasn't. But the wait wasn't bad so maybe most people don't go to those...
Read moreA really nice and iconic place in Coronado, but for my own experience as I came here for the first time, I think it is best to visit this place in the mornings as the evening views aren't that great as it is shown in other reviewers photography. As well one should always take notice of where are you going as some places are part of the buildings' private property where the locals happen to live there, or so.
Also, be careful of the people that go biking and running nearby if you're going to the shops and food places close...

My clients pulled it up as a place to take pictures of the Downtown skyline but they were trimming the trees the day we stopped by. Not a big deal but other bigger parks in Coronado to easily visit and enjoy some of the same views. As I said, it's a nice, small, landscaped, tree-shaded little park in amongst the houses.
