I had a nice shopping experience yesterday. Super helpful. Cute clothes. So there is that. I spent about $350.
I found a jacket I fell in love with, but they didn't have my size, so they are sending it from another store. I was asked to pay for it, sight unseen. I thought that was a little strange, but I mistakenly assumed if it didn't fit, or whatever I would not HAVE to purchase it or buy something else of equal value. There was ANY NEVER disclosure that "MJ's Boutique" on Coronado only offers a "credit" if you want to return something. Something they should possibly mention when they are running your credit card?
The only reason NOW know this..... because I called this morning, as one of the other items was too small, and it was the largest size available. It was at that time was informed of their policy. NO REFUNDS. And that I should have checked my receipt for this information? .
They made an exception and refunded my purchase, WHICH I REALLY APPRECIATE. Just know this is the policy...

I do not recommend shopping here, they are inflexible re: their return policy, with a receipt, within the time frame and only requesting an exchange. The tag must have come off in the shuffle of clothes, the item has not been worn because it doesnāt fit well, if they were willing to let me come in to exchange, they would see for themselves.
