We decided to go with a four line bundle special which ends April 2, and picked this Coronado Verizon Store to do this transaction. There truly are not enough compliments to cover the excellent customer service we received at this Store. We purchased four items, plus screen covers for our phones. Jose Romos was our original service consultant and Jose was a wonderful guy to work out all of the technical transfers of phones and watches, patiently explaining how our account would currently be set up and what our billing would be. Jose gave expert advice and recommendations for our needs. We did have to come back to pick up our watches and we had the opportunity to work with Donathan, as well. Donathan was also very helpful and pleasant to work with! While waiting for the Verizon System to process my watch purchase, I was able to observe Jalen assist a few customers, and he was also amazing with his technical knowledge and great patience and understanding of customer needs. I highly recommend this Store because all three Verizon associates we encountered there had excellent technical knowledge of the products in the Store, and great expertise to navigate the Verizon system to get everything set up properly. Most of all, these young men have great emotional intelligence to listen carefully, and calmly work through so many issues that come up with new phones and change of service. We were treated with great respect, and patience and made to feel like valued customers. This is why we have remained loyal to Verizon, because in our experience from coast to coast, they deliver excellent customer service while helping customers move through huge tech changes in phones, watches and service plans. They know their stuff! It was so worth it to have peace of mind when transitioning to a new product to go to this Coronado Store, and also for any other Verizon account needs! ~For example, a gentleman needed help with setting up automatic payments from his bank card and this customer was capably assisted in that matter! Another customer, was having trouble with apps that would not transfer to her new phone, and that was also taken care of! Read moreI don't write bad review usually, but my review is reasonable this case. We bought iphone 13 from this shop recently. They didn't have them on stock, so they had to order. We didn't get a call even thought they said they will when it arrives. but hey, people forget, it's ok. The biggest problems are... The guys charged on a plug parts we didn't even ask for. He puts both of our new phones in a paper back with buch of other stuff. I took out all at home, and there were charger plugs they sell at the store. He didn't tell us, we didn't even talk about it, we don't even need those since previouse iphone charger works on iphone 13 anyway, and he CHARGED for those. Guess how much those are. $35 for each of it, its not even apple official parts. There is no way just a plug part cost that much. You can get it on amazon super cheap too. we gonna returrn it definitely. It'S $70 for things we didn't even ask for. It's messed up. Also, he didn't verify when he apply screen protector on our new phone. I ask about case, and he said "we only have these cases and screen protector for iphone 13 at this moment.". So i said "Oh ok". We were casually having a conversation while he was setting up our phone, and he applied a protector. Thought it's just a service since i didn't tell him that i want it or even ask for it. He didn't even verify. They charged $50 for each phones. I guess it's his strategy to rip off from people. So, BE AWARE.

Long story short, Verizon corporate just placed a fraud alert on this location because they illegally activated a line in my name without following the correct procedures, and now I have wasted 10 hours of my life driving back-and-forth to a corporate store, on the phone with customer service, and going back to the Coronado store to have them cancel an order that was fraudulently placed by their rep Gian. Now I have to ship the phone back to Texas and cannot get a new phone until after the return has cleared and this store canceled the order for a new line of service that they placed illegally, so another week will pass using Wi-Fi only on a broken phone because I trusted these guys instead of going to a corporate store in the beginning . The corporate store is only a couple of miles away in Chula Vista, I highly recommend going there instead of wasting your time with Gian at this so-called "authorized dealer" that is under fraud investigation for their unethical practices by Verizon. I've been a loyal Verizon customer for 24 years, but this may be the incident that has me rethink that loyalty and start shopping other carriers.
