Terrible customer service, even WORSE quality, and no integrity for their work.

I spent $2,000 for two custom rings - and within months of receiving the stones started popping out!! I was so disappointed and reached out immediately asking if LUMO could help, not only did they decline, they said they were not liable.

So, you spend thousands of dollars on their jewelry and only months later they are unwilling to back up their work?? I specifically asked them for a piece of jewelry that I could wear daily for decades to come ( of course removing for exercise, showers, sleep, basically anything that could cause issues ) and even with my delicate care and maintenance their jewelry literally falls apart.

Do not waste your time, money, attention, emotion on this store because they wouldn't give any of it...

Gabby was an amazing help today identifying stones and letting me physically look at the ones I liked. She was also very respectful and kind with telling me the etiquette and rules of the store, which by the way is gorgeously set up. I’m in love with all the unique gemstones the store has to offer. Gabby was also super helpful due to being knowledgeable and educated about each unique piece of jewelry in the store. The opals along with the garnet pieces were some of my favorites. LUMO has some cute pieces but overpriced for what they are. I bought some jewelry that didn’t come with any certificate or anything and had an odd interaction with Lucy. She was acting nice but she told me she was not the owner and just an employee. She also said that she has no hand in selecting the jewelry when I asked about other gem stones and designs. Found out afterwards online that she is in fact the owner and calls herself a jewelry “designer.” Not sure why she would lie about that to my face, but I won’t be buying from her again as she seems super shady due to that....
