Coronado Taste of Oils is one of the best gift shops I have ever visited. Not only can you buy from the most wide and amazing selection of olive oil flavours, you have the same option to buy from as many flavours of basalmic vinegar. The oil and vinegar flavour choices range from sweet to spicy to peppery to EVERYTHING truffle. They even have hot sauces, dipping spices, dishes, utensils, and and tea rose olive oil for the skin to choose from. I shop here for all my gourmet meals when I entertain at home. I stopped by this place with my girlfriend earlier this afternoon and was immediately greeted by the store owner. He invited us to try out an incredibly varied selection of olive oils, truffle olive oils, vinaigrettes, paired with bread, Prosecco, and water. Disappointed in their shipping policy. For free shipping you have to spend $150.00 in products. I wanted to order a $50. Gift card but the shipping was going to cost me almost $20. I called the shop to verify this policy and the associate told me that if I ordered the card over the phone shipping would be $15.00. I told him that there was no way I was going to spend this much on shipping for a card that is being shipped to Chula Vista a few miles away.
