Girls there need to be trained. I was shopping and I had a bag from another store with me I left it at a table full of clothes while I looked at other clothes and an employee named Paula came and took it and walked over to another customer and handed it to her. When I went back for my bag she said “oh I gave it to someone else” I lost my clothes thanks to her and I never o ce received an apology instead she made up excuses. Talked to free people management and they didn’t do anything about it. They said she was new but free people need to start training their employees. She should have never walked up to someone and offer them our clothes. She should have put bag in lost and found or something. We hadn’t left store we were still shopping....

Simply the best!!! Only thing, I think the girls working there need to be trained on customer service.. Although they are young that is no excuse..they don't smile..they walk right pass you...they barely speak hello..they act like you're not there until you are ready to check out...they asked for the job. Visited the store 7/2/2020 I was the only one there no one even said hello. The gal working on the accessory fixture in the middle never even looked up.
