Run by a really nice guy who is asks for a very good price. I found him through Facebook marketplace and I bought a 5 NUC lot for $250. I knew they were lower end, it was expected. I also expected inconsistencies in OS and hard drives and RAM. To my surprise, the RAM and CPU have no issues and were consistent. I replaced all the hard drives and upgraded/reconfigured BIOS and they're all up and running 100%. He made sure to assure me he'll help replace and reconfigure the systems of there's anything wrong, but I really don't need help with this. The only maybe -1 is that 1 NUC came with 2GB RAM, but at the price he sold to me, I really can't complain, and it doesn't affect my application.

“The Phone Guy” experience was one of a kind. I had a broken screen on my Dell Inspiron. Sammy took care of it without a problem. Also, decided to take my other laptop a Dell Precision, keyboard was not working properly and again not a problem.
