Update: 10/16/25 This location has gotten even better with the leadership of Audra and Kelly. Always clean, well maintained, very organized and it’s a great space to have an office. The location is also great with plenty of parking for employees and clients.

Update 8/27/24: Staff members Megan and Dan are always happy to help and assist with all of your needs. Their interactions are always so positive and friendly. I can listen to Megan interact all day long because she’s always so positive and happy to help.

I have tried many times to get in touch with someone or anyone at the billing department. I have a client that signed a lease for a two year office space in Uptown Dallas (Cole Ave. Location) over a month ago and i have not received my commission yet! The few times Ive been able to talk to someone about it all I hear is that “someone” will get back to me regarding my check. It’s very frustrating since I have called the main desk, the office manager, her manager, the billing department, I have also went directly to the office and no one gets back to me to at least tell me when that check will be sent out. Great place to work. Prices are affordable. Amenities are great! The leasing team is generally friendly. A few issues are their platforms that control the lights. Their lights switch off after a certain hour and you have to use a granted key card to reboot the system. And they have some issues with their HVAC system. There is no reason the heat should be blowing when it’s 70+ degrees outside. If you lease with them make sure you read your leasing contract. The leasing managers are not transparent with fees and conditions. They swindled me an extra month of empty office space because apparently you need to give 30 days when leasing...
