Big C Food Mart and Uhaul — Local services in Dallas

the 15 foot u-haul was given to me with 3 miles remaining and they only gave me an $18 dollar fuel credit and told me I had to bring it back with minimum 1/4 of a tank, which would have cost me over $50 dollars out of pocket on top of the cost of rental and mileage. The u-hauls were very unorganized and hard to access, I had to have the employee move 4 other trucks just to get the one he rented me to be able to back out and drive. The whole process took an hour even when I checked in on the app. They did not have a utility dolly and the inside of the car was dirty, sticky with spills, and obviously has not been cleaned. The employee after was not able to provide me with any type of itemized receipt on what I had paid or proof of return. I will never rent from this place again and I would never recommend anyone...

I rented a U-Haul and a dolly to help move Furniture. I returned them and they are still trying to charge me for both items that have been returned over a week ago. Please do not waist your time renting with them, unless you want your money to be taken out of your account. I reached out multiple times and have been told that they would call me back. SKETCHY and filled with crackheads. Made the mistake of renting a U-Haul from this place because it was the slowest place to my current apartment in design district. Made 4 calls and waited 2hrs, no one ever showed up so U-Haul had to schedule a reservation elsewhere. As I waited in my car I was swarmed by numerous homeless people. It was VERY frightening.
