I’m “Fan”. A “Huge Fan”. I’m a United Fan Member. I wear my “Star” proudly in an area that is filled with SF or Sea fans. I spend $300.00 with DirecTV Sunday Ticket so I will never miss a game. I have a family member (my uncle) that is one of the most respected and well known coaches in the NFL that coached the Cowboys “O” line for years. “Hudson Houck”. Even as I write this he has come out of retirement to coach/mentor the incoming “Cowboy” candidates at the training camp in Oxnard, CA. So yes, I am a “Huge Fan”. When I need “Cowboy Gear” I don’t call him up and ask, Hudson, can you get me some free stuff? I buy it right here on the Pro Shop just like every other Fan that doesn’t live near a Pro Shop Store. What I “Disappointment” the process has become. I placed and order on June 5 for two Xl shirts. They arrived and were labeled XL but the size was barely a medium. I called, received a return authorization, spent $11.00 to return with a tracking number and as of today have made (5) five calls and still no credit. 6 Weeks..!!! Placed another order for an XL shirt and again, the size was barely a medium and terrible quality. Another $11.00 for shipping. So I now have no product and have spent $33.00 dollars in shipping charges. You don't get a credit for the original shipping charge of $5.99. Customer service has taken a severe turn for the worse. They treat you as though they could care less and you are a bother to them. This is my second posting about this issue. Wow, Once my first post hit the Cowboys FB page I had an instant response asking me to private Message the CB Store and the issue would be presented to the CB Store Management and they would get right back to me and resolve the matter. I provided all of my contact information, order #s and here I am 4 days later, no response, no credit, nothing. My original Order date was June 5th. Two Months. Eight Weeks. 60 Days and still, no shirts, no credit. Total - $149.97 Now why can I walk in any store and return a product and the return is posted on my Credit Card Account the same night or following day yet it takes the DCPS (unknown). I could have walked from Northern California to Dallas, shopped at the store and walked beck in less time……and I am 66 years old. Pretty Sad and as the season nears I wont be wearing any new “Cowboy Gear”. I even have a shirt in my Cart that I wont be ordering. Afraid I will be out another $50.00. Read moreDo not order using next day shipping. I placed an order on Thursday evening and as of Monday afternoon still have not received it. I called to inquire about my order and the customer service rep I spoke with, Brittany, was very rude and unhelpful. She just kept telling me that the order didn't process until Friday and that they don't ship over the weekend, therefore my "next day" delivery was arriving on time. Clearly next day shipping should not be an option that they offer as it is not truly next day shipping. I paid $25 in order to receive the package by Saturday, and all I asked was to adjust the shipping charges. I was more than happy to pay the standard shipping. However she refused to adjust the shipping charges while continuing to tell me my order is on time since they do not have an agreement with UPS to ship on weekends. Read moreI ordered a Ceedee Lamb jersey on 8/28. I was told on 9/16 that my order was still processing because the jersey was out of stock. Why would you allow me to order something out of stock? Once you realized it was out of stock why didn't you offer my money back? I requested a refund and was told that it was too late to cancel the order but when it finally comes just mail it back for a refund. Umm that would defeat the purpose. No one knows when the jersey will be in stock. I'm out $155. Worst experience ever! I will never order anything from them again. Save your money. They advertise product they don't have then blame it on the season...
