Michael Kors — Local services in Dallas

I experienced the worst customer service today from your Texas Galleria store associate "Cece". I placed an order a week ago and called to inquire about my order as no updates were provided since my payment was received. Her tone and demeanor immediately communicated annoyance at my inquiry. She presented that the story is very busy and I am to expect delays due to the business of the store. I informed her that my payment was verified and that the point was not to go back and forth about me receiving an update . Her response: "I'm going to put you on a brief hold cuz I am not about to do this with you" and proceeded to slam the phone down and then place it on hold. She returned and stated the order has been shipped without verifying my name or anything. Considering the economy and choices consumers have, it would behoove this location to invest in better staff and/or customer services as this interaction left a huge distaste. She was rude, combative, and condescending. If the store is so busy that they cannot follow up on orders in a timely manner and have staff behaving in this manner towards paying customers. MK has lost a customer for good...at least at this location.

I wish I could give it half a star. I am visiting my family from Melbourne Australia. During a shopping trip to the Galleria mall I visited the MK store. The sales woman addressed me in an extremely condescending manner and asked if she could help me with a tone that said "what are you doing here you poor looking woman". Everyone present in the store turned to look at me.

I have never been treated so rudely in my entire life. This kind of mannerism I wouldn't expect from MK. I wont accept it even from LV and Hermes. Michael kors Galleria you need to re-train your staff and teach them to behave as professionals. I was in a mood to buy a few items from your store but I abruptly left feeling so embarrassed thanks to that woman. I am never going back to this...

I purchased a smart watch at this location as a Birthday gift for my girlfriend. She had it resized at a Micheal Kors store in Southlake. She ultimately didn't like the functions of the watch. The receipt presented to me states I can return within 30 days for any reason and receive a full refund. This location did not honor the receipt and their policy. I was told once the watch was resized that made my purchase a final sale. At no time was this told to me when I purchased the watch. I went to a different location and they honored the receipt and told me there is no policy that makes a resized watch final sale. I did receive my refund from the Southlake store. The Galleria location will never get my...
