I was very surprised and disappointed by the lack of basic hygiene at this location. While the ice cream itself is delicious, I couldn’t help but notice that one of the employees was serving it with bare hands, without gloves or proper use of utensils. Her hand was visibly covered in melted ice cream, which was quite concerning.

What was even more troubling is that after serving the ice cream, she immediately moved on to ring up customers at the register, and then continued serving the next guests without washing her hands. When I politely pointed out that her hands were dirty, she didn’t respond or acknowledge the issue.

I understand that gloves aren’t always mandatory, but when an employee is directly touching food, especially something that won’t be cooked, gloves or proper hygiene should be absolutely required. I sincerely hope the management takes this seriously, because food safety should always be a...

This place is super small, compact, and I did not appreciate the workers or customers packing into the small space not wearing masks when I was there on a busy Saturday. I really wanted to try the milkshakes there especially since it has been a hot summer so far but upon walking into this establishment the line was out the door and employees were talking over the ice cream without masks (disgusting) and I didn't like the fact they were not closing up the ice cream while employees continously walked back in forth/reached over the ice cream. I was turned off and disgusted, I walked out and was disappointed not to get a cold drink on a hot day but refused to patronize how unsanitary this establishment was handling things. I walked into the store and was instantly catching good vibes. I was felt welcome and greeted by the employees. One in particular that goes by the name Giancarlo stood out to me. It was my first time there and I was not quite familiar with the selection. He helped me pick a good flavor of ice cream and gave me spectacular customer service. The facility is extremely clean and well maintained and very covid safe. The staff was nothing but respectful and helpful and I will definitely be returning there soon. I was there close the end of the store hours and stuck around for a bit to eat my ice cream and by the time I left the staff was still cleaning every nook and cranny of the store. 10/10 customer service 11/10 cleanliness and 12/10 vibes.
