Thank you Chair Market for all you help and supporting in choosing our chairs for our private dining venue, The Den, in Albany, New York. We met at the Restaurant show at the Javitz Center in NYC. The team was very patient with us as we sat and every chair and could not decide. I decided to make the journey to Brooklyn to visit the showroom. I spent an entire morning pulling out every chair until I found the perfect one. We also selected table bases for our custom table tops. Jacob was great to work with. Our institution has had these chairs for the last 3 years and we can positively attest to their durability and quality. The chairs have had their fair share of abuse, and yet the metal still gleams like the day they arrived. Most importantly, despite excessive everyday use, the cushions have not lost any of their "plumpness". While some wear and tear is to be expected, they have held up surprisingly well. Even in places where the black metal sheen is only slightly peeling, the damage is confined to that small area and won't easily spread to other parts of the chair, as opposed to sometimes otherwise painted surfaces. We ordered 320 of these black chiavari chairs from The Chair Market with permanent cushions and everyone absolutely loves them at our venue! We have been told by many guests that they are extremely comfortable.

The packaging upon delivery was insanely nice and we were very impressed when we received them. The chairs are powdered coated in black and so far it hasn’t scratched one bit.
