You should definitely listen the the bad reviews… I WAS a return customer (my sister and I own 4 shirts from this store) until my most recent visit. We live in the area, literally a 5 min drive over the bridge, so we come here whenever we’re in town to visit my parents. A few days ago, we pulled into their shared parking lot and we’re headed around the corner to their entrance when their employee runs out at us and shouts that we’re going to be towed. We’re completely confused because we’ve always parked here while shopping at their store so we asked if this parking lot isn’t theirs? And she said it is but there are cameras that will tow you if you leave the lot or they perceive you to be walking away without shopping there. We were literally walking into the store when she jumped out at us and accused of us not shopping and parking. My sister literally had on one of their shirts that we bought at this store the last time we were in town. So we tried to assure her that we did intend on going into her store before she jumped out the door and blocked our way exclaiming we would be towed? We noticed she didn’t do this to any of the other customers and in order to get to the other establishments for the shared lot, you would have to exit to the street because they do not have entrances that connect to the lot. I could be window shopping and then walk over to Dunkin’ or Dominos - she had no idea what we might do. Felt very much like an accusation that we were leaving our car there without shopping rather than a friendly warning. Would never buy from them again (they don’t update their inventory anyway). My initial experience was excellent…went in last night and bought swimming trunks for my son, a pair of shorts and a boogie board. The sales ladies were wonderful. I took the boogie board out only to realize it was broken in half when I got in the water. 😟 So I tried to return it the next morning and the owner, who was a man, was there. He was not so wonderful. I told him that I hadn’t even used it, that I had taken it in the water and it was only then that it became apparent that it was broke in half. He said he would not replace it because he would lose money on the deal, and I said, “oh, you mean like me?” So I started to call a friend who was an attorney to ask what to do, and this so called “businessman” stated I needed to leave or he was calling the cops. Do not go here I went in to buy floates for my 2 year old but was the incorrect style for swimming (it was a life vest) so my girlfriend went in to get a refund as there was nothing we needed besides floats for our toddler to swim in the pool and they would not give a refund claimed there was a tiny paper on the counter claiming no refunds it was not used or even 2 min out the store (and not like everyone reads things on a counter anyways) they claimed everyone else on the strip does not do refunds and when in fact there is and other store with more options would...
