I've never been as confused or attacked as the situation at the parking garage here. I didnt see clear prices so I pressed the help button and after waiting 4 minutes someone answered and I asked questions about the pricing which the agent started to answer. Next a self proclaimed "supervisor" came yelling "whats the problem here" she walked up to the side of my car yelling over the support agent on the kiosk. Hitting the button to print out a ticket and standing there yelling that the "person in Connecticut doesn't know anything". I can't believe a person this rude is in charge of anything nor can I recommend this garage to anyone. I am sad that anyone would treat another person this way. $20 dollars a day to park in a lot and get verbally assaulted by some want to be authority figure. Depressing at best. I wish people...
Read moreI've been parking in this garage for decades and y'all always have some nonsense going on. Aside from your rude attendants, the lights are left green for closed lanes. Instead of turning the light off, putting up a sign, or lifting the gate....we were threatened by the grumpy booth attendant. She said she was going to call the police on us...for what!? Sitting at a gate? LOL She was rude when we arrived and even worse when we left. Instead of being helpful she was nasty. $10 per car, you guys might at well put automatic gates in...stop hiring these...
Read moreI saw the recent 1-star reviews which made me apprehensive on parking here, but this morning I parked in this garage for the Daytona State graduation ceremony at Ocean Center. I pulled in, a young lady greeted me, gave me the $15 price to park and then handed me an orange tag which I could display on my front dashboard if I chose to. Finding a spot amongst the large crowd pulling in wasn't much of an issue above the 2nd level. I really don't think this spot deserves a low score, maybe they've made changes recently but today was not bad...
