Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in Daytona Beach

First time in Daytona, not a pleasant experience here getting ice cream. We arrived around 10-10:30p to a LONG line almost out the door. Which is what I expected for a Saturday night. I’ve seen other reviews that the wait is long due to them being understaffed? The wait was almost 30 minutes long because out of 3 employees working, only 1 employee was handling the customers (taking orders, making the orders AND ringing them up) while the 2nd employee made more waffle cones (closing in 30 minutes AND she was adding them to an entirely full box they already had ?), while the 3rd employee mopped the floor around their feet making eye contact and even joking around with the customers in line and still not helping anyone.. I questioned the employee who was serving customers why she was the only one, and the look of defeat on her face was very sad. She was clearly upset they were not helping her. Not to mention by the time I was able to order, there were 4 flavors left as an option. I am unsure if this location has a main manager, but I really hope that person takes a second look on how the operations are NOT running smoothly at this location. The ice cream didn’t taste very fresh either. Definitely not worth the half...

My husband went into the store. He just wanted to order ice cream. He was not wearing a mask and was called out in front of 15 other customers by a young employee. Just keep in mind you are empowering the youth to disrespect their elders. Instead of arguing he left the store. So I called and asked if I ordered online if we could go in and pay and pick up our ice cream I was informed no I could stonot.The rehad a policy that mask were required. We do not believe in all of this foolishness and have not worn a mask in most places. If you really want ice cream without having to be concerned go to the Baskin-Robbins right across the street where they do not require you in to wear mask in order to get the ice cream you would like..I give this location an absolute zero for customer service. If the owner thinks he is doing his customers well by refusing service to unmask customers because they do not believe in the foolishness happening around them it will soon run him out...

Such a Great place to eat cold stone ice cream I ate this ice cream and my whole life was completely changed and then I walk outside and I almost grew wings and flew into the clouds, but I realized it was just the way I felt after I ate the ice cream and I actually could not fly, but it made me feel like I wanted to fly if you have never tried cold Stone ice cream at Ocean walk in Daytona, Florida. You are missing out. You need to come today and eat this ice cream I promise you it is going to be the best ice cream of your life today. I ate it and I’m telling you what I felt so good after I ate the ice cream now there is Baskin-Robbins, but Baskin-Robbins is not as good at cold Stone ice cream Florida you should come here and eat this ice cream.
