This store is horrible .I wanted to exchange something I bought from another store here and the manager was horrible.She tried to find fault with everything.The tag was attached to the clothes she said they weren't,she had the receipt and she said she didn't have it .She spoke to me rudely and told me if I didn't like it I should bring it back to the rainbow I purchase it from.She said this rainbow is separate from all rainbows and this is not my home.I don't think the district manager cares about the fact that the customer service is horrible at this store because for years it has always been like that.Citi trends needs to move in this plaza and then they will have no customers because the girls in there are so rude.It comes from the manager straight down. Horrible avoid at all cost .Cheap clothes not worth the disrespect.Plus they talk about you in there...

If I could give this store a zero rating I certainly would. They always close 15-20 minutes beforehand, which is an inconvenience to some of us who don’t get off until late. I just wanted to pick up my order that’s all, which would have taken them a minute or two to get it out of the back and another minute to scan at the register! That’s it! That also happened with my last order. I got there thinking I had plenty of time but the door was locked. I will never have my orders sent to this store ever again! The employees suck big time! They used to have the hours posted on the window but I see they have taken it down so that they can close when they feel like it! The store is nice but wow extremely rude ladies working there!! No greeting... But these ladies sure followed me around the whole 15mins I was in the store. They kept finding things to tell me to not do. I was literally shopping and minding my business. But then the lady telling me I must to go to the front of the store to slip on shorts over my clothes so you can watch is weird af and creepy!! If you don't want people trying things on over their clothes maybe you should have a fitting room!!! Duh!! We definitely not trying to deal with your rude employees again so instead I put all my stuff down and left. Yall have horrible customer service and you'll definitely chase customers away with that behavior. But good...
