This is a really cool RTD station, and I mean cool in the sense of temperature and look. It's dark and shields you from the Sun so you stay nice and cool for that interview you're heading towards. It's also very trendy because you're in the theater district so you've got plenty little or two as far as attractions.
The only real downside I can see to this location is that it's dark. That could be a safety issue and it can also be an issue for people who do not have very good vision at night. There's also a lot of traffic that goes to this area so you have to be careful when crossing the street.
