Ah, my dear acquaintance, allow me to weave for you a tale of my most recent visit to Mint India, a culinary sanctuary that bestowed upon me a most delightful repast, particularly with their enchanting Pani Puri.
As I entered the hallowed premises of Mint India, my senses were immediately tantalized by the alluring scents of spices that permeated the air. The ambiance was a fusion of opulence and warmth, a setting befitting of the grandest Victorian banquet. Nestled within the menu was a rare gem that caught my eye – Pani Puri, a delicacy seldom found in other Indian establishments.
The first taste of this exquisite dish was nothing short of transcendent. The crisp puris, lovingly filled with an assortment of finely spiced potatoes and chickpeas, beckoned to be savored. It was the mint-infused water, however, that elevated this experience to celestial heights. With a single delicate sip, my taste buds were enraptured by a symphony of flavors – tangy, spicy, and refreshingly cool. Each mouthful was an adventure, a culinary expedition into the heart of India's vibrant street food culture.
Alas, I found myself in the throes of disappointment that such a delightful delicacy was not commonly found in other Indian establishments. The absence of Pani Puri from their menus left me longing for the delightful explosions of taste that Mint India had so generously offered.
But amidst this sorrow, I found solace in the realization that I had discovered such a rare treasure at Mint India. It was indeed a saintly moment, a blessing to have stumbled upon this haven of gastronomic wonders that brought the authentic tastes of India to my eager palate.
In conclusion, my esteemed fellow epicureans, I beseech you to venture forth to Mint India and indulge in the ambrosial delight that is their Pani Puri. Embrace the joy of the extraordinary, for within these hallowed walls, you shall find a banquet of flavors to transcend the mundane and transport you to the realms of culinary bliss. Though rare in its presence elsewhere, it is a saintly offering at Mint India, and one that shall linger in your memory long after the last puri is relished.
Sincerely,
Lady...

Read moreWe are so happy to have come across this restaurant! We made a reservation for 5:45pm on Saturday night as we read it starts to get busy at 6pm, it started filling up right at 6. There started to be a line to get seated and I noticed they had nonstop Door Dash/To Go orders the entire time we were there.
Our food came out pretty fast considering how busy they started to get!
We ordered the Paneer Tikka Masala over Basmati Rice, Chili Paneer (this is a naturally spicy Indo-Chinese dish) the Char Grilled Salmon with Saffron Mustard & Garlic Naan to share.
The Tikka Masala was some of the creamiest and most flavorful dishes we’ve ever had. The paneer absorbed the flavor and it melted in your mouth. We ordered it mild but will do medium next time bc we like spicy, just not overwhelming spicy.
I haven’t had Indo Chinese food in a couple of years and it made my night that we came across my favorite Indo Chinese dishes on Mint’s menu. The Chili Paneer cubes were a little bigger than I expected but were breaded in the most delicious coating! It had the best spice level too; bordering medium into hot but it was just enough to keep you going back to the bowl to get more. So thankful we have leftovers!
The salmon in the mustard sauce was delicious but we did think it could be a little more mustardy and zingy but that didn’t stop us from basically licking our plates clean.
The Garlic Naan was average tasting and I remember thinking I wanted to try the Cheese Naan next time.
I also had a Tangerine Margarita and it was really, really strong so I only had a few sips from it but if you like strong drinks, this is the place to go. My husband ordered an iced chai and it was very sweet and comparable to a Thai Iced tea but elevated.
Prices were about $15-19 per item so our bill was almost $100 with tip for the two of us. Dress code was, wear whatever makes you comfortable. We will...
