This location is really great and being that this is a nice change from from Denver's "Bar" scene I expected more. I took my boyfriend here for his birthday. There was a 30 minute wait and that was fine but things started going south as soon as they were ready to let us up. I had 10 of our closest friends with us and when the service woman at the elevator let us up she kicked out 2 of my friends not realizing they were with the group...we were all confused with what was happening. I had to correct her and she apologized so I wrote it off as a mistake. It made them feel bad which was embarrassing considering I brought them to this establishment and they were not treated well on the first interaction. We go upstairs and the clientele was average, typical Colorado apparel so I'm trying to figure out why some of the people who worked here had their noses up at us right away. Was it the way we were dressed? I just am having a hard time understanding because of the multiple times I couldn't even believe how I was being addressed. It took us 40 minuets to be served. The waitress went from table to table checking in on people asking them about their food/drink's and kept walking. I went up to the bar twice asking if that was normal and was met with sarcasm. Eventually we were asked what we want, no eye contact, lack of respect, it was so distasteful. After the waitress realized we were not here to order water she slowly came around but that was not enough. I expected her to be at minimum pleasant...still not good service but considering the night I would have at least taken that. I still tipped btw, don't ask me why. I'm not sure who the manager is here but I brought my boyfriend and friends here to have a good time and your team made it a bad night. 2 starts only because the drinks were good and the view was nice. Once we didn't have to interact with the staff we made it fun amongst ourselves. I really talked this place up and I have 11 people experiencing the same bad time so essentially you ruined my boyfriends birthday. I'm so deeply disappointed...

Read moreI recently visited 54thirty Rooftop, and I must say, my experience was underwhelming. Firstly, the service, or lack thereof, was a significant letdown. Despite being guests at the hotel, we received minimal attention from the staff. It felt like we were invisible, with our requests and needs largely ignored.
Adding to the disappointment was the absence of any food offerings. A rooftop venue like this, especially in such a prime location, should at least have some sort of menu to cater to its patrons. This was a missed opportunity to enhance the overall experience.
On a positive note, the drinks served were of good quality. They were well-crafted and added a nice touch to the evening. The view from the rooftop was, as expected, spectacular. It offered a stunning vista of the cityscape, which was a delightful backdrop for our visit.
The company, of course, was excellent, but that's more a credit to my companions than the establishment.
A particularly perplexing aspect of our visit was the requirement of a credit card hold. This policy was not uniformly applied, as we noticed other guests were not asked for their cards. This inconsistency was baffling and seemed unfair, considering we were guests at the hotel.
Overall, while 54thirty Rooftop has the potential to be a fantastic spot with its great drinks and views, the poor service and lack of food significantly mar the experience. I hope they address these issues for...
