Update 7/6/25: This place is still super clean, good selection, great prices for downtown Denver and shout-out to Jimmy who's customer service is absolutely outstanding he was patient kind even though it was closing time. Anytime I find myself in downtown Denver, I know where I'm going.

OG Review 3/1/25 Rob at King’s Smoke & Vape downtown is the kind of guy every business needs. From the first phone call to when I showed up in person, his customer service was on point—professional, helpful, and genuinely solid.

What he did for me went beyond what was necessary, and I won’t get into details, but it meant a lot. It’s rare to find someone who actually cares enough to go the extra mile, and judging by the other reviews, I’m not the only one who’s noticed. Rob, keep it up, brother. I appreciate the heck'outcha—God bless.

Oh, and probably worth mentioning that the store itself is ridiculously clean, well-organized, stocked with everything you could imagine, priced extremely well for the downtown area, for sure a great spot, especially considering they're open...

I'm giving them 5 stars & I didn't even visit their store orrr do business with them, yet. I called early this morning to check if they carried a specific flavor of salt-nic (which they didn't have) ...now what shocked me & made them earn this 5 star rating was because of the wonderfully awesome lady that I spoke to over the phone. She heard me out, did a stock check for me, aaaand then she took the time to ask what the vape juice I was looking for, tasted like. Soo I described it to her, and what did she do next??? She actually proceeded to make suggestions on similar items that they DID carry. Now that's 1 heck of an amazing salesperson & just an overall rockstar employee! Those kinds of attributes & qualities are becoming a lost art in today's world. She had GREAT professionalism, and she maintained being respectful & friendly, every step of the way! Idk why everyone is giving it 5 stars but this is by far one of the worst vape shops. They literally only have 2 different brands of vape juice, they have absolutely 0 vape batterys for your vape. Ive been to the one on champa st. And the Asian looking girl there wouldn't let me in until she finished smoking her joint. Then as I was waiting she told me they're out of power but I could still see lights on, so she was clearly lieing so she didn't have to do her job i guess?? Hands down worst vape shop, and I work dtown so I've tried here several times and each time is a no go.
