I recently had the sheer pleasure of brunching at Corinne in Denver, Colorado, and let me tell you, it was nothing short of a gastronomic tour de force!
My meal of choice was the Buttermilk Pancakes, coupled with Bourbon Maple Syrup, Pork Sausage, and Fingerling Potatoes. The pancakes were an absolute delight, easily the best I have ever tasted. Each bite was a sweet symphony, with the bourbon maple syrup adding a rich, smoky sweetness that played off beautifully against the creamy, light buttermilk pancakes.
But the culinary genius didn't stop there. The addition of roasted walnuts on top added a delightful crunch, a perfect contrast to the soft, fluffy pancakes. The finishing touch of powdered sugar and butter created a harmonious blend that took these pancakes from delicious to divine.
The Pork Sausage was a savory delight, cooked to perfection, adding a satisfyingly hearty element to the dish. The Fingerling Potatoes were a beautiful accompaniment, crisp and subtly flavored, they rounded off the meal perfectly.
As for the Hot Chocolate, it was akin to a warm hug in a mug! Rich, creamy, and decadently sweet, it was the epitome of comfort and the perfect companion to the pancake extravaganza.
The star of the show, however, was not just the food. The customer service at Corinne was exemplary. The staff was attentive, friendly, and ensured that every aspect of the dining experience was enjoyable, making it an absolute pleasure to dine there.
In conclusion, if you're in Denver and looking for an unforgettable brunch experience, Corinne is a must-visit. It's not just a meal; it's a culinary adventure that tantalizes the taste buds, warms the heart, and leaves you yearning for more. I'm already looking forward to my next visit to this fantastic establishment. Five stars...

We used to recommend Corinne to every friend looking for a nice dinner, but were extremely disappointed with our recent visit. The serving sizes were basically cut in half, which I totally get is to keep prices down. Given the economic changes in the last two years, a lot of restaurants have chosen this path. However, quality of food went with it.
We ordered a pork chop that was 80% fat and 20% tasty, but dry. The entire presentation was a mess, with the server even struggling to place it, leading to a table covered in grease. Honestly it was really gross to watch, so if you’re squeamish definitely avoid it. The salmon was entirely forgettable. The buffalo cauliflower, our main reason for coming, was still tasty but looked pretty sad on the plate with only a dozen or so pieces. The plate was about 50% carrots, which I’d expect from a wing joint. Not here.
They were out of all draft beers. Not a huge deal, just another bizarre thing at a higher end restaurant (in the middle of dozens of breweries).
Our server was friendly and did fine. The reduced rating there was due to being bumped half a dozen times because they overcrowded the tables. Just a bizarre experience at a “higher end” restaurant to have servers squeezing past you 6 times in 10 minutes because chairs between tables were about a foot apart and near the kitchen. I moved after the 6th time. I don’t think it’s the servers fault, but it was weird to me that so many hit me and not a single one said something.
Overall it’s now an entirely average restaurant. We left mostly just sad to see the decline, given how excited we were to go back. Hope they figure out what kind of restaurant...

I came to Denver for a birthday trip with a friend, and due to a flight delay, we arrived much later than expected on Thursday night. Thankfully, when we got to the hotel around 9:30 p.m., the kitchen was still open until 11:00 p.m., which was a pleasant surprise.
On the first night, we shared the Bush Creek Wagyu Burger, which was thoughtfully served on two separate plates. It was cooked and seasoned perfectly, making it a good portion to split without being too heavy. I also ordered a cup of the French Onion Soup, and it was AMAZING—definitely among the top five French Onion Soups I’ve ever had. It exceeded my expectations. We both had the Summer Crush cocktail, a jalapeño-infused tequila drink, which we decided to make doubles. I don’t remember the name of our server that night, but she was excellent.
On the second day, we came down for lunch, and I ordered the Prime Rib French Dip along with the French Onion Soup again. Once again, everything was fantastic. The meat was extremely tender and not too salty, and I got horseradish on the side. The only small critique I have is that the au jus was a bit bland, but not bad overall. My friend had the Toasted Grilled Cheese with an arugula apple salad.
On the third day, we tried brunch. We both started with one of their fresh-pressed juices (Melon Berry Cooler). I had the Smoked Ham & Gruyère Omelette, while my friend had the Corinne Cobb (which doesn’t come with eggs). Overall, the service was excellent, and the food was really great...
