First - MAKE A RESERVATION. Second - We went before a show at The Buell Theatre in Denver, CO.

Nestled in the heart of Denver, Stout Street Social is a gem that promises and delivers an unforgettable dining experience. My recent visit to this vibrant spot was a journey through exquisite flavors, impeccable service, and an ambiance that effortlessly marries sophistication with comfort.

From the moment we walked in, the warmth and energy of the place were palpable. It set the stage for what was to become an evening filled with culinary delights. Our culinary adventure began with the Lamb Gyro, a dish that masterfully balanced rich flavors with a delicate finesse. The lamb was succulent and perfectly seasoned, wrapped in a soft, warm pita that was just the right touch of hearty and light.

Next, we indulged in the Mushroom Risotto with Grilled Chicken, a dish that stood out for its creamy texture and depth of flavor. The risotto was cooked to perfection, each grain of rice encapsulating the earthy essence of mushrooms, complemented by the tender and flavorful grilled chicken. This dish was comfort food elevated to an art form, leaving our taste buds dancing with joy.

No culinary experience is complete without a touch of sweetness, and the Creme Brule at Stout Street Social was a testament to this. The crisp, caramelized top cracked beautifully to reveal a custard that was the epitome of creamy decadence. Each spoonful was a heavenly blend of texture and taste, rounding off the meal on a high note.

To accompany our meal, we opted for the Cherry Chocolate Espresso Martini, a cocktail that was as visually appealing as it was delicious. The balance of cherry and chocolate notes with the boldness of espresso created a symphony of flavors, making it not just a drink but a highlight of the evening.

Stout Street Social Denver is more than just a restaurant; it's a celebration of good food, great drinks, and memorable moments. The service was impeccable, with staff who not only knew the menu inside out but also took genuine pleasure in making our dining experience special.

In conclusion, Stout Street Social is a must-visit for anyone looking to savor innovative dishes, enjoy a dynamic atmosphere, and indulge in a bit of culinary extravagance. Whether it's for a casual night out, a special occasion, or anything in between, this place promises and delivers an experience that will leave you planning your next visit before you've even left. Cheers to the culinary team and staff at Stout Street Social Denver for a truly sublime...

So, I am sad that I don’t lobby for this place more when debating places to go downtown with wife and friends. I have had a great experience all four times I have been here. I treat prime rib sandwiches very seriously, with White House in Aspen and American Elm being my top ranked. This one gets on that list and maybe even makes its own list. Travis was extremely on point as bartender, the smoked variation of the sandwich made this a game changer, horseradish aioli was awesome, plenty of IPA’s to choose from, and I will be back for that sandwich soon. Oh, my wife got the elk bolognese and my three bites were different and delicious.

NEXT VISIT, SAME RATING: Love this place, and I try to sneak a visit in here when in the immediate area for an event. BIG, spacious bar, and if you like bar seating, you will love this place. You can even pick different sides for different views, TV's, and people watching. Rachel and Taylor were our bartenders and they were in sync and on point in their service. We had a passbook deal and decided to do the specialties. I had the elk bolognese and wife had the salmon. Both were great in taste. Pics below. If you like hot sauce, they usually have a few behind the bar. Ask for the K3 one, as it is unique. They had Hop Peak and Avery IPA on tap for me at reasonable price. Only oddities were that you could order steak and eggs for brunch, but couldn't order the actual flank steak until dinner (we were in a lunch mood). Other thing was that we tried to book online initially and they were full. The place wasn't busy when we were there. But, neither takes away from my decision to give five stars. Definitely recommend and see you there.

MOST RECENT VISIT: We went here before a symphony across the street. I love this place. We were with my wife's parents, so we didn't sit at the bar, but still love everything about this place. (But, the bar is expansive, awesome, and the best place to sit). The rents had the prime rib and they loved it. I had the Elk Bolognese, which I pretty much get every time. My wife and I got crazy and got the pretzel beforehand also. Solid pretzel. Lots of TV's for sports. Lots of space. Lots of great service. Jenna, you were our server on this particular day, and you once again reminded me how much I love this place. Large portions, very central, and good deals at HH. Definitely recommend, and...

I hate leaving bad reviews in this industry because I also work in it. The bartender girl we had last night was awful. It was busy for the game but that’s no excuse to me. We went to have a few drinks and only got one because she never came back to us and I watched her look at our empty glasses multiple times and turn around and go the other way. The bar back was amazing! So amazing that we tipped him 20% also and told him how amazing he is and that we work behind a bar. We tipped the bartender the same but only because we work in this industry. Little did she know we alwayssss tip 50% but nope. If we didn’t work in the industry I honestly wouldn’t have given her 20% she was so awful. We had just gotten off work and looked like bums in comfy clothes. A couple came and sat next to us dressed up nicely and she was soooo different to them. Probably thinking they’d do her better than us but she was so wrong. My espresso martini was amazing with cream! I wanted to have a few of them but like I said she never came back to us until she asked if we wanted to pay. No we didn’t want to pay, we wanted to hang out a bit but we paid and left and went somewhere else because of how things went. She definitely missed out with us. I didn’t get her name because she said what do you want to drink dropped menus made our drinks got our food order and never came back but she had brown hair, I want to say braided in two low pigtails maybe in her 40’s. IF I ever go back for another espresso martini I won’t if she’s the one working. It died down a lot by the time we were half done and she still never came back to us at all. The bar back was honestly the greatest thing about our experience. He was on top of everything! And helped us with ranch that we needed and never got really promptly. Thank you bar back for making our...
