Crab Island Information Center — Local services in Destin

We did a Crab Island Adventure tour on Sunday August 27 2023 and the experience was horrible. Our captain focused all his attention on 3 young ladies that sat up front beside him and once we stopped to explore and enjoy the floaties there weren’t enough to go around and the ones available were not shared with any other boaters once we were in the water. The captain sat on one the entire time and chatted the ladies up. There was a family with younger children on board and the captain was so caught up on the young ladies he played rap music with cuss words all throughout it. The lady who provided drinks sat on the boat on her phone the whole time. Overall…I wouldn’t suggest if your a family with kids and want a family oriented experience. Reserved 5 spots with their crab island boat service which was nearly $300. Via email we were provided the the wrong address. When we arrived a manager didn’t know she was on loud speaker and was telling and screaming telling the teen at the front desk “I’m not holding the boat for anyone, nope.” The company refused to accommodate us and instead called the police rather than accompany guest that missed a boat due to their error. This place is a shame and a disgrace!! I cannot scream it loud enough how unorganized and non customer centered this place is!! DO NOT GO HERE! Spend money else where! My husband and I we physically went there to the kiosk hunt the day b4,we bought our tickets online the day the cruise was leaving for 9am I was told yesterday by the unpleasant girl that works there,just find out we can’t get on the cruise & we can’t get our refund,being told by her no apology no refunds,that is was not the location,but we went on their website but website took me to a different automatically took us trip website but yet it by same company ,this is highway robbery by the company who has done this to the customers day in day out.we are unhappy...
