Later that evening, Captain Harry and his wonderful wife Leslie reached out to rebook our cruise, making the process easy and stress-free. Their hospitality was evident right from the start, setting the tone for what would turn out to be the highlight of our vacation. When the day finally arrived, we set off on the "Knot Guilty," Captain Harry’s cozy boat. With only three other guests on board, we enjoyed an intimate and relaxing atmosphere that simply cannot be compared to the larger, crowded boats. Captain Harry's extensive knowledge of the local waters and marine life enriched our experience, and his warm personality made us feel right at home. I've never met someone more hospitable or passionate about what they do! As we cruised along, the sunset turned into a stunning display of colors that felt almost surreal. The dolphins were playful and majestic, swimming so close to our boat that it took our breath away. Captain Harry made our first trip to Crab Island memorable in more than one way. We immediately knew we were in good hands and arrived at Crab Island after a small rain storm delayed us maybe 30 mins. He made sure we saw a dolphin as we headed into the Island and then told us the best spots to see some of the other small creatures in the sea grass once we arrived. He also supplied goggles and a small net. We made use of the paddle board and had an amazing time snorkeling and just taking in the beauty of Crab Island during our stay. He shared his knowledge of the area and made the whole experience wonderful.

We also got to be a part of a harrowing experience on our way back to the dock. As we headed back, we came across another visiting family that had began to be carried away from their boat by a current leading out to the Gulf. To the untrained eye, it just looked like a group floating in the water, but Captain Harry was very aware of the danger they were in and immediately went to their rescue. My family and the other couple on the boat with us, all came together with Captain Harry and put our trip on hold to help. It was such a unique experience to be able to be a part of something like that. We got the group back to their own boat safely and we were all humbled by the experience. Truly the best in Florida.
