Terrible experience trying to order 8 shirts online. I placed an order on May 31st to ship to my house in Canada and I started calling a few days later as their was no order confirmation that it had shipped. I could not reach them by phone or email after several attempts. I then reached out to their VP of Customer Service on LinkedIn (after 11 days) thinking she could help as it seemed like they went out of business with no response (I knew that couldn’t be the case with all of their recent Justin Thomas signing). She said she would look into it, so I received an email a couple days later stating the order was in progress. By this time it had already been 11 days so I wanted to change the order to a new location, since I wasn’t going to be home nor was I expecting the order to take so long. I spoke to a lady on June 13th as they finally responded on their chat feature, they couldn’t figure out the tariff code for one of the items (new location was changed to my home in Mexico since it took so long) so I said just cancel that item and ship the rest… next thing you know it doesn’t ship so I follow up for a week and finally just cancel my order 3 weeks after placing it (June 20th).
It’s too bad - a good product and not even an attempt to help out a client who was planning to buy $500 to $1000 every 5 months or so (first purchase in December was not an issue). It seems they have become to big to be able to keep up with demand and get products out the door.

Read moreThis may be the worst clothing company I have ever dealt with. It’s a shame because the product is good (I bought a shirt from a third party store). Since ordering a month ago from the Greyson website they have completely disappeared. Multiple e-mails with no response along with multiple voicemails. They took hundreds of dollars from me and at this point I’m not even sure they’re still in business. I am not confidence that I will ever receive the products ordered or ever see my money again. This is without question for THE WORST customer service I have ever experienced. So bad that it is actually shocking! Please do yourself a favour and NEVER buy from this pathetic excuse...
Read moreI want to love this place more than I do - the clothes look great, staff is SUPER attentive and always asking if we need help, but then when I ask for price points, I’m met with “my best guess is $XX” and they never come back with an actual price. If I go to checkout, they’ll of course tell me - but it’s awkward to have to make it that far in the shopping experience to not know the price - is it just me? Or is this awkward for others?
Love the athletic fits, price points (as far as I can tell online) are fine, staff is attentive but PLEASE just put the price tags on the clothes so we don’t have to ask for 10...
