Kohl's charge card is HORRIBLE ! I would NEVER recommend anyone get one. First, the site is ALWAYS down to pay your bill online. So, you get the incoveniece of either paying over the phone (which they charge you a fee for) OR you have to go into the store to pay (which is super inconvenient). So, needless to say I forgot about a couple payments (my fault I know). The late fees are horrendous. So, I got a call from the company asking if I wanted to join their 3 in 3 program, in which you pay the same fee for 3 months and they are supposed to add that to your account and deduct a portion of your late fees. Well, surprise surprise... The third and final payment was "supposedly" schedule for the wrong day (even though while scheduling these payment dates, I was also putting the payment dates in my calendar). So, I call (on the designated due date) to figured out why the payment hadn't been processed. I was told someone would review my account and the phone call and get back with me. A month later I get an email saying I owed the same balance as I did before I started to program. So, I call Kohl's and the first person I spoke with gave me a sob story of how people have been calling out of work, so they were really behind on processing payments and claims. So, then she proceeded to tell me that my claim was reviewed and they denied it (thank you for notifying me like you said you would). I ask to speak to her supervisor. Supervisor gets on the phone tells me the same thing, that the claim had been reviewed and I agreed to a payment date that was agreed upon by me for a Wednesday (let me remind I was looking at a calendar while scheduling these automatic payment to come out of my account all on Friday's, why you ask because Fridays are when I get paid). So, I proceed to explain that to the supervisor and requested that someone else review the call because this was not right at all. So, I asked the supervisor hypothetically if my payment was missed, why wasn't the amount that I paid for the last 3 months NOT applied to my account. She couldn't give me a straight answer. So, needless to say I am officially done with the crappy service that Kohls offers. I will NEVER buy another thing from their store, and my charge card with them is cut up. DO NOT GET A KOHL'S CHARGE CARD THE WORST CREDIT CARD...
Read moreLast night was the worst experience I have ever had at a retail store in my life! As I was shopping with my daughter, my son and his father were shopping at the Dover, Delaware store. They met back up with us and were telling me how they felt unease that the store manager was following them. That they were going to wait for us in the car. It’s sad my son and daughter had to witness this for the first time in their life. The manager was racially profiling them just because of the way they looked. His father and I work hard for our money and would never have the thought of stealing. At first I didn’t believe him but as they were walking out the door we saw the manager watching them leave the store and continue to finally walk away from where he had been standing for about 10 minutes or so. It took me a minute because I was livid and I told my daughter to put her stuff back that I will not purchase anything from this store again! This manager needs better training. I am a supervisor for my job and I know better to treat anyone like that. Pick better...

All of the sudden they start doing busy work. One actually behind this little wall they towards the back. So you stand there on line waiting to be at least acknowledged. N nothing for like 2 mins . Until once asks if you need any help with a annoyed tone in their voice. Now I have dealt with this lady twice before . And all the time she is must be a miserable person or a racist . She is just the worst . So buyer be ware if you see an older lady with glasses n white/ gray hair stay away from her before she tries to ruin your day.
