After sitting ( losing horribly)for over 3 hours after playing quite a bit on different slots, I go near the bar and stand at the beverage station for a cold "pop" and the lady At the bar is waiting on a lady and never even looks up at me....Even though my presence is not easy to ignore as I am literally 5 feet away. I kind of expected her to look up and say hey "I'll be right with you here shortly.. ." Even after waiting 2 to 3 minutes and clearing my throat; Just in case she didn't feel my presence 5 feet away. Another lady comes up and sits and she begins taking her order! And I immediately interject and say " Hellooo, may I get a drink please?" It really p* me off because I know she saw me BUT she thought I was willing to wait while she took care of another customer who had just walked up and sat down... ( possible alcohol tipping customer orders 🙄). First of all, this is very silly that they have a gatekeeper/ bartender AND a door to block anyone from getting to the soda fountain for water, coffee or tea. JUST LUDICROUS!! The slot machines are "unusually tight" and I've been here 3 times now and you never hear anybody yelling in excitement for their wins....1st clue! This is the most dilapidated casino building (old Sears building) I have ever been in, and I just do not think I will ever return.... The place is nice inside but the location is old and creepy in the garage with homeless lurking outside the premises. I will admit and give propers to the fact that they keep the bathrooms EXTREMELY clean....and the lady really works hard at doing it as I have seen her each time I have gone. All in all, I think you should release the beverage fountains and let the bartendes ONLY tend bar, as that is how they make their tips rather than waiting on customers to get a non...

Good little casino right in the middle of downtown Duluth Minnesota. Won alot at this place and have always had good luck here. They have decent bar food and all in all a good atmosphere. They dont have a hotel but there are some truly wonderful hotels in the downtown area that are close by. Catch the bus or the free trolley and hit Canal park and especially the beach at park point. Duluth has a ton of little shops that are great for tourists and sight seeers. There is also the beautiful and fun lake walk that rents out bikes and buggys you can peddle around. The lake walk wraps around Lake Superior and has a lot of statues and little gardens. You really cant go wrong with Duluth Minnesota at all. Down in Canal park they also have a couple big boats with tours. One is the Vista queen and the other is i cant remember the name but they are both great for families or couples to tour the lake. Go pick agates along the shoreline or find sea glass at the lake shore. Duluth also offers campsites and the spectacular Gooseberry falls. A fantastic sight for any one especially hikers and out doors people who enjoy nature. Duluth also offers country side bike trails and hiking trail. Its a great place to live or visit. The only thing to beware of are the street peddlers. Do t be mislead most of these guys are just going to use the money for bad purposes as there is a shelter with everything they need. Just say no and keep walking. Anyway im sending a long review cause google wants me to he he he. Enjoy Duluth. Hit the Casino and get lucky. If not enjoy everything Duluth has to offer....

What I like most about this place is its location. When I want to play it's just across the bridge. That being said I have never won. I realize one doesn't go to a casino expecting to win but a little bit here and there seems more common in other places. Not here, really.. There isn't much to be said about the staff. Beverage service sightings are about as common as UFOs! You have to go to Players Club in order to transfer Player points to Club cash. You would think they'd prefer if one didn't have to leave their machine and stand in line for ten minutes. The ticket kiosks do not do change, so you have to go to cashier to break bills. Cage staff rarely friendly. They do have lots of new games and plenty of Keno.
