Today 07/31/2025 I'm very disappointed with the customer service at this store. I bought a dress at full price, with receipt and tags still attached, and I tried to return it within the 10-day return period. However, the associate named Jenny refused to accept it, saying it had sequins and that made it final sale — even though the dress was not on sale and nothing about this was explained when I bought it.

When I asked for help, Jenny just said I needed to come back and speak to the manager, instead of offering a real solution. I felt ignored and disrespected as a customer.

as other reviewers have said, there’s a racist tone at this store. All three people working were Hispanic women who were talking to each other in Spanish. I was in the store a long time and no one ever offered me any help and to top it off, one sneered at me and another one looked me up and down. when I another Hispanic customer entered the store, she was promptly helped and serviced.
